Expertise Developed After 8+ Years In Wyoming Tourism

Before starting KGM Travel Design, I spent eight years in travel media, where one of my larger focuses was Wyoming tourism. Now, as a full time traveler, there is a reason I keep going back to Wyoming.

Grand Teton is my favorite national park, hands down. Yellowstone is the kind of place that’s never the same, no matter how many times you go. I have visited in summer, fall, and winter, driven the roads enough times to know which turnouts have the best views and which forest roads are best for wildlife, and built trips here for families, couples, photographers, wildlife lovers, and travelers who want to see the parks without spending the entire week in the car.

Beyond the Northwest Corner, Wyoming has so much to offer. A short detour to Dubois for one of the best museums in the country. A visit to the Wild West town of Cody. World-class fly fishing or snowmobiling in the Wind River Range. There is so much more to the Cowboy State than the Parks - and you can add some of these side adventures to your trip, if you know how to plan it.

Where you stay matters. The order of your days matters. The difference between an early June trip and a September trip is huge.
